Waiver and Release of Liability:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and accept the risks involved in my child’s participation in the DevMaestro March break camp program. I understand that accidents and injuries are always a possibility, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in camp activities.

I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless DevMaestro, its employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage my child may suffer while participating in the camp program, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the camp staff.

I also grant permission for my child to participate in all camp activities, including transportation to and from the campsite, and I understand that the camp will make every effort to contact me in case of an emergency.

Medical Consent:

I give permission for the camp staff to administer any necessary medical treatment for my child and to provide emergency care if needed. I accept responsibility for the costs of any medical treatment provided.

Photography Release:

I grant permission for the camp to use my child’s likeness, voice, and biographical material in any and all media for the purpose of promotion, reporting, or publication. I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of this material.

COVID-19 Acknowledgment:

I understand that there is a risk of exposure to COVID-19 while attending camp and that the camp has implemented reasonable preventative protocols to reduce the spread of the virus. I agree to follow these protocols and understand that my child may be excluded from camp if these protocols are not followed.
